EXPRESS FILTRATION SYSTEM®

A SMARTER APPROACH TO OIL MANAGEMENT

SuperFry integrates the oil filtration system directly into the machine, eliminating any external devices. The patented Intercycle system activates filtration with the simple opening of the front valve, guiding the operator step by step via the display. The washable filter in AISI 304 stainless steel with 100-micron filtration retains cooking residues; with the optional paper filtration kit, even the finest breading particles are removed down to 10 microns, returning clean oil and extending its usable life in a measurable and verifiable way.

The SmartFiltration function in the S.700 display version monitors the oil status in real time based on operating hours, reached temperatures, and completed filtration cycles: it alerts the operator exactly when filtration is required, without relying on subjective evaluation or fixed routines unrelated to actual usage.

In dual-tank models, each tank is equipped with an independent pump: filtration runs in parallel, without ever mixing oils between different tanks, eliminating the risk of cross-contamination.

Start-up is carried out by selecting the program from the touchscreen panel and opening the front valve.

The Intercycle device—integrated into the front section of the machine—creates an oil cascade towards the drain at the bottom of the tank, facilitating the removal of the largest cooking residues without any manual intervention.

On-screen step-by-step instructions guide the operator through each phase, even in case of untrained staff or first-time installation.

INTELLIGENT

SmartFiltration monitors the actual condition of the oil and suggests the optimal filtration time, calculated based on operating hours, reached temperatures, and the number of completed cycles.

A complete filtration history is available, including number of cycles, date and time, and average temperature—accessible both on the display and via the SuperFry Digital Connection cloud platform.

The system adapts to real machine usage: a fryer with high product load is managed differently from one operating at low load, ensuring consistently maximum oil quality.

SAFE

No operator ever comes into direct contact with hot oil during filtration operations.

Integrated thermal safety: above 50°C, the system physically prevents oil pressurization towards the outside of the tank.

Three additional mechanical safety levels on the optional waste oil draining kit protect against any possible incorrect operation.

SuperFry is designed to convert every kilowatt consumed into maximum cooked product output, thanks to a high-efficiency heating system that combines advanced construction features with intelligent energy management software.

HOW DOES THE HEATING SYSTEM WORK?

SuperFry is available in both electric and gas versions, with two optimized heating solutions depending on the power supply:

Electric version (Series 700: 14 kW | Series 900: 13–19 kW software-modulated): heat is generated by a high-efficiency tilting flat heating element, which is easily removable and cleanable. Its flat geometry maximizes the heat exchange surface with the oil, reducing heating-up times. In Series 900 models, power is software-adjustable from 13 to 19 kW without replacing the heating element.

Gas version (Series 700: 16 kW | Series 900: 21 kW): heating is provided by high-performance stainless steel heat exchangers positioned outside the cooking tank. This configuration preserves the full size of the sedimentation zone for impurities while ensuring efficient heat transfer to the oil.

SuperFry is equipped as standard with an integrated Wi-Fi module and can be connected to the internet in just a few steps after installation. Once online, it accesses a dedicated cloud platform that turns the fryer into a connected node within the digital kitchen: real-time monitoring, remote management, automatic reports, and software updates without any on-site intervention on the machine.

Activation of the SuperFry Digital Connection service also unlocks an additional 12-month warranty: simply complete the online form and access credentials for the portal are sent by email within 48 hours.

EASY TO USE

The 7" HD touchscreen display with full-colour graphics and interactive icons guides the operator through every function: cooking, filtration, cleaning, recipe management, and oil disposal.

The interface is available in 15 languages (Italian, English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Bulgarian, Romanian, Greek, Polish, Hungarian, Russian, Serbian, Croatian, Slovenian): ideal for environments with international staff and high turnover.

It can also be operated with dirty hands or gloves: the buttons are designed for immediate and intuitive use even in intensive working conditions.

Up to 24 customizable recipes can be stored in the machine and recalled with a single touch, with pre-set parameters for time, temperature, and load compensation.

ALWAYS CONNECTED

Through integrated Wi-Fi connectivity, SuperFry connects to a dedicated cloud for real-time monitoring of all functions: temperatures, cooking cycles, filtration status, and energy consumption.

Remote management and configuration: edit recipes, adjust parameters, start or stop cycles directly from the cloud portal, from any internet-connected device.

Automatic software updates: the SuperFry operating system is kept up to date via cloud without on-site technical intervention.

Automatic digital HACCP reports: temperature and cycle data are recorded and stored in the cloud, ready for compliance checks with food safety regulations.

The integrated USB port allows local download of error history, operation logs, and test results—facilitating technical support and maintenance.
